Sir Winston Churchill - the 60th and 62nd Prime Minister of Great Britain - famously described Russia as a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma.
Being a great orator* and artist among other things, this particular Prime Minister didn't seem to lack the words to get his message across. When reading Churchill's description of Russia, those who know London, may wonder whether he was not subconsciously describing London instead?
